Milk & Honey Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
- Dash (or 3) of cinnamon
I think this will be perfect for the summertime. It’s like drinking cold oatmeal. Adding in peanut butter or a banana would be a tasty way to switch it up a bit!
